THE OBSESSION DONALD TRUMP HAS WITH EVERYTHING RUSSIAN - Chapter III

Listen carefully the next time President Trump denies he has any deals "in Russia" or "with Russia." This is verbal slight of tongue. What he must be referring to are the functionaries of the Russian Federal government in Moscow and/or the states within its hegemony. There is no way he could or should deny the myriad lucrative deals he or his surrogates have made on behalf of himself and family members with scores of individual Russians or their legal constructs, encompassing almost every conceivable kind of business in Russia.

Trump, Inc is making millions of rubles from rich Russian investors in Trump-branded real estate; mostly condos or expensive apartments in Florida for sale, lease or short term rent to tourists. Reuters news service calls the area in and around Miami: "Moscow on the Beach." According to a real estate newsletter, "The Next Miami," an astounding 400,000 recent immigrants to South Florida speak Russian. 77 of the million-dollar High Rise apartments in one Trump-branded Tower in Sunny Isles Beach (shown above) belong to investors who carry Russian passports.

There's no end to the list of names of Russians who contribute to the welfare of Donald Trump and his family by investing in real estate projects, the income from which the Trump family and undoubtedly even  the president himself continually benefits.

This past week, we ran across (Googled) another name of a person well known to clerks in the Dade County (Miami) licensing and taxing offices. His name is Andrey Trushkov, who according to Dade County Florida agencies that oversee real estate transactions, purchased a three-bath apartment, number 1102 in Trump Tower, Hollywood, Florida. It has a 3,000-square-foot floor plan, and  cost Trushkov $1.4-million. Trushkov has not done anything illegal, nor has he been charged with any offense in Russia, or elsewhere. He is founder of Absolute Group, a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) involved in wholesale electronics sales, banking and property development projects in Moscow, London and New York, as well as Florida.

Business is business, whether it's an old blogger in Tucson or the president of the USA. Trump signed a disclosure form in 2016 stating that the Trump organization was to receive $25,000 for each sale of the 180 units available in Trump Tower Hollywood, Florida.  Only with full disclosure of his income tax returns will the American public know how much profit Trump will have made through real estate agents or some other middle-person agency, acting on behalf of Trump and the Russian elite. Absolute Group does not disclose financial details of it's businesses.

Rep. Adam Schiff, ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee had this to say recently: "While the president has denied investment in Russia, he has said little or nothing about Russians' investments in his businesses in the United States and elsewhere. This is yet another reason why his refusal to release his tax returns should be met with considerable skepticism and concern."

My takeaway: Donald Trump has been straight with the United States Internal Revenue Service. Until he is straight with us, he doesn't deserve our vote.
